At Vouchercloud and Groupon, we put together creative concepts through to final creative campaigns across multiple channels including email, social and web for each seasonal creative campaign.
In my lead role, I ask the team to put together a variety of creative inspiration, working with tag lines from comms and copywriting. We then have a brainstorming session to share those ideas, and finalise our strongest concepts, before presenting the concepts to stakeholders who in turn, choose the final concept.
We have had great success with lots of our creative campaigns over the past few years, including huge increases in Email CTR’s, lots of social engagement and a huge following increase and an overall positive response across the business and from our users.
